Does pre-oxidation reduce organic fouling ofmembranes in reuse systems? Can this be demonstrated at pilot scale? How much energy savings could be realizedfrom such a setup? Given additional scavenging, decreased UVT,etc., is moving oxidation/AOP in front ofmembranes cost effective? What impact would moving AOP in front ofmembranes have on contaminant destruction?(And disinfection?)
