Description
This article discusses the planning and implementation of a dual distribution system by the town of Castle Rock, Colorado, to provide metered nonpotable as well as potable water to most new residential and business properties in the community. The system is designed to conserve a deep, nontributary underground water supply while providing a more effective means of disposing of tertiary treated wastewater. Includes 3 references, figures.
