Description
Striving the achieve quality customer service, the Water Operating Division of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power core values of quality, safety, cost-effectiveness, customer service and teamwork was a major consideration prompting the development of the Productivity Measurement System (PMS). The PMS systems was developed to measure the overall performance of the Division’s five district yards. Improved productivity translates into lower rates and quicker response to the needs of customers.
