Description
This paper discusses how the Southwest System of the Southern California Water Company (SCWC) implemented different types of flushing programs to address specific flushing activities, collected data in the field, and maintained a database for flushing activity, which all resulted in a substantial reduction in customer complaints. Includes figure.
