Description
The project presented in this case study indicates that multimedia based operation and maintenance manuals will indeed replace the paper oriented manuals. The Department of Water Resources is considering the conversion of a number of existing documents/manuals into multimedia. The multimedia technology is advancing at a rapid rate and hurried entry into massive equipment purchase is not required. A slow, but positive approach, is a good technique to ensure that you achieve your goals.
