Description
This paper summarizes an analysis of the effects of the Pasadena (California) Water and Power Department’s residential water and power conservation program. The paper discusses in detail the methods used to analyze the results, as well as the results themselves. Only preliminary results are given. Tables show the savings figured in a number of ways, including time-series regression and pooled time-series cross-sectional regression.
