This powerpoint presentation begins by providing bulleted points on The Problem that include the following:most local governments have no ideawhat a backflow or cross connection entails, the importance of backflow assemblies, orthe financial consequences of a backflowincident; and,most politicians believe thatbackflow assemblies are architecturally unattractive, the location of the assembly is unimportant, andtheir constituents are always correct.
