Description
The purpose of the feasibility study was to provide the necessary determination for both the economic feasibility and intangible factors, needed for the development of a computer based supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. The SCADA system development was required to meet the Anne Arundel County water treatment and distribution system’s present operational requirements and have the capability to be expanded to provide the evolutionary growth necessary to meet projected requirements.
